The following, which had been held in third reading to today's                 
calendar (page 2736), was again before the House:                              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 367                                                            
"An Act relating to part-time public school students; and providing           
for an effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
HB367 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                
considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.
